Department Function

Justice Court, Precinct Five serves the citizens of the northern part of Denton County from the western county line to the northern county line and generally north of SH 380. The precinct is made up of many miles of rural countryside. Among other duties, Judge Bateman along with his staff of seven now serve the citizens at two locations by providing automobile registration in addition to being the Registrar for Birth and Death Records for Precinct Five.

Office Hours

The office is open from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
