The
Honorable Casey Conine, IV-D Associate Judge OCA
The IV-D Associate Judge hears the petitions and motions brought by the Office of the Attorney General concerning paternity and child support establishment, child support enforcement, and other cases brought under the Uniformed Interstate Family Support Act. The Associate Judge conducts hearings every Wednesday @ 09:00 a.m. and some Tuesdays @ 1:00 p.m. in the 2nd Fl. Central Jury Room - Room #2203, of the Denton County Courts Building Denton County Courts Building Denton
County Courts Building.
Please do not bring children or additional parties not directly involved in the case to the hearings.
There is limited seating available for the parties involved.
Regularly scheduled Wednesday docket call is promptly @ 09:00 a.m.
Special set Tuesday docket call is promptly @ 1:00 pm - Please do not report earlier than 12:30 to avoid confusion with other courts' jurors.
Attorneys need to check in with the Attorney General staff to be seen in the order they sign in.
Do not arrive late, doing so may require the court to take adverse actions.
