The
Honorable Casey Conine , IV-D Associate Judge OCA
The IV-D
Associate Judge hears the petitions and motions brought by
the Office of the Attorney General concerning paternity
and child support establishment, child support
enforcement, and other cases brought under the Uniformed
Interstate Family Support Act. The Associate Judge conducts
hearings every Wednesday @ 09:00 a.m. in Hearing Room
#4202, 4th floor of the Denton
County Courts Building.
There is
limited seating available in the foyer for the parties
involved. Please do not bring additional parties not
directly involved in the case or children to the
hearings.
Docket call
is promptly @ 09:00 a.m.
Attorneys
need to check in with the Attorney General staff to be
seen in order.
Do not
arrive late, doing so may require the court to
take adverse actions.
