B) Discussion of the Agreement for relocation of existing interoffice fiber along FM 407 Lantana Estates between Denton County, Texas, and Verizon, for a total contract amount of $141,786.16, located in Commissioner Precinct #4. DA/Civil

C) Discussion of the Resolution for the waiver of the local match fund participation requirement on Federal Off-System Bridge Program Project, located in Commissioner Precinct #4. DA/Civil

D) Discussion of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Denton County, Texas, and the City of The Colony, Texas, for the Boyd Road Improvement Project, at a total construction cost of $381,000.00, located in Commissioner Precinct #2. DA/Civil
