11. ADDENDA

A) Discussion of Change Order #3 from Quality Excavation Ltd. in the amount of $10,000.00 for the Choctaw Trail Drainage Improvements Project – (Pct. 1); this Change Order is for the placement of block sod on ditches. DA/Civil

B) Discuss the Contract Amendment (05) with the TCEQ – Texas Commission on Environmental Quality for the Aircheck Texas Repair and Replacement Assistance Program; this amendment will extend the Contract Time from August 2007 to August 2008. DA/Civil
