11. ADDENDA

A) Discussion of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for property tax collection between Denton County, Texas, and the Town of Ponder. DA/Civil

B) Discussion of Supplement Agreement #2 to the Contract between Denton County, Texas, and Freese and Nichols, Inc. for additional engineering and design necessary to separate the F.M. 544 Capacity Project into two phases, and for additional funding in the estimated amount of $140,900.00, for a total amount of $1,123,516.00 located in Commissioner Precinct #2. DA/Civil

C) Discussion of Change Order #2 to the Construction Contract between Denton County, Texas, and Henkels & McCoy, Inc. for a scheduling change to the Project completion date due to conduit and fiber cable damage at various Denton County facilities, as well as delays in delivery of replacement materials for Denton County’s fiber optic network communication system. DA/Civil

D) Discussion to submit a Grant Application to Texas Parks & Wildlife Department under “Recreational Trails” for construction of a horse trailer parking lot east of Old Alton Road and south of the new Old Alton Bridge, to be used by citizens of Denton County who wish to ride horses through the trails along Old Alton Road located in Commissioner Precinct #4.
