Be it remembered, Commissioners Court of Denton County, Texas was called to order on the 8th day of May, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. in Commissioners Courtroom, 2nd Floor, Courthouse on the Square, Denton, Texas by Judge Mary Horn. Commissioners Cynthia White, Ron Marchant, Bobbie J. Mitchell and Andy Eads were present, along with County Clerk Cynthia Mitchell’s representative, Deputy Clerk, Kathleen Bransford.
Court opened with an Invocation by Dr. Bing Burton, Health Department Director, followed by the Pledges of Allegiance to the American and Texas Flags led by Amanda Lehde, Chief Administrator for Commissioner Cynthia White, Precinct 1.

Comprehensive Annual Financial Report and (b) updates on NTTA project delivery

Manchaca Survey Abstract 790, Tract 5A and 6A, Precinct 1 as recommended by The Lake Ray Roberts Planning and Zoning Commission and the Public Works/Planning Department, and any appropriate action.
10.B) Approve Tuesday, May 29, 2007 at 9:15 a.m. as date and time to conduct a Public Hearing to consider an amendment to the Lake Ray Roberts Land Use Ordinance for a zoning change from Agriculture (AG) to Residential Medium Density District (R-2) for the C.
