11. ADDENDA

A) Discussion of scheduling a Public Hearing for May 15, 2007 at 9:15 a.m. to discuss the proposed adoption by the Denton County Commissioners Court of an order for an on-site sewage facilities as promulgated by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), said order to update and replace the existing Denton County on-site sewage facility order. DA/Civil

B) Discussion of the Contract of Employment between Denton County, Texas, and Harris Cook, L.L.P. for acquisition of all necessary Right-of-Way and a Temporary Construction Easement for the Nicholson Road Bridge Replacement Project located in Commissioner Precinct #1. DA/Civil
