11. ADDENDA
A) Discussion of Change Order #1 from Quality Excavation Ltd in the amount of $52,129.70 for the Lariat Trail Drainage & Paving Improvements Project – (Pct 2):
1) Paving and stabilization of Golden Spur;
2) Paving and stabilization of Diamond Spur;
3) Extend existing pipe cross culvert and construct type A headwall;
4) Remove Safety end treatment and extend 24 inch driveway culvert;
5) Sawcut and remove concrete driveways protruding into roadway various lengths;
6) Sod Area at downstream end of channel for erosion control. Public Works/EngineeringB) Discussion of: (1) rescinding the Court’s order on Item #s 11.C (Briefing) and 16C (Formal), approved on December 19, 2006; and (2) the revised Emergency Subscriber List Information License Agreement between Denton County, Texas, and Verizon for use in the Reserve 911 Interactive Communication Notification System.
