11. ADDENDA

A) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100480, for recording purposes only, to transfer DA Chapter 59 fund balance to Evidence Expense and Training and Education for the Criminal DA Chapter 59 Fund in the amount of $40,000.00. Budget.

B) Discussion of the terms of the Denton County Emergency Service District #1 Commissioners as follows: Robert Johannesen and Mike J. Sanford to one year terms and Steve L. Harris, Kimberly Cumings and Jay Haynes to two year terms. Commissioner Precinct 4.

C) Discussion and approval of the Emergency Subscriber List Information License Agreement between Denton County, Texas and Verizon for use in the Reverse 911 Interactive Communication Notification System. Civil D.A.

D) Discussion of specifications and authority to advertise for Guardianship Services, RFP #12-06-1808. Purchasing.

E) Discussion of the Creation of a Temporary Slot in Commissioner Precinct #4 Office January 1-14, 2007. Human Resources.

F) Discussion of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Denton County, Texas, and the Town of Northlake for the paving and maintenance of Florence Road from FM 407 to North Strader Road and maintenance of all portions of Florence Road from North of Strader Road and maintenance of all portions of Florence Road from North of Strader Road and all of Holder Road and Faught Road from North of Old Justin Road, in the amount of $320,000.00, located in Commissioner Precinct #4. Civil D.A.

G) Discussion of the Library Service Agreement between Denton County, Texas and the Betty Foster Public Library (City of Ponder). Civil D.A.
