A) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #100450 to allocate new revenues and various expenses for the newly created Fire Code Enforcement Department, including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Regular Unappropriated Contingency in the amount of $44,842 for a total amount of $204,324, and any appropriate action. Budget

B) Approval of 1) the Health Plan Terms and Conditions between PacifiCare of Texas, Inc. and Denton County, Texas and 2) the Group Health Insurance Policy Secure Horizons Senior Supplement Plan between PacifiCare Life Assurance Company and Denton County, Texas, and any appropriate action. DA/Civil

C) Approval of the Contract between Denton County, Texas and Reynolds Asphalt and Construction Company in the amount of $128,745.30, for the Boyd Road rehabilitation Project Bid #10-06-1776, Commissioner, Precinct #2, and any appropriate action. Civil/DA

D) Approval of Change Order #1 from Advanced Paving Company in the amount of $6,400.00; this Change Order is for the Pulverization of the Existing Base and recompaction of areas of failure for HMAC overlay on the Shady Shores Drive Improvement Project, and any appropriate action. DA/Civil

E) EXECUTIVE SESSION - Consultation with Attorney: Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 (1)(A); Pending or Anticipated Litigation; Texas Attorney General Opinion GA-0489.
