11. ADDENDA

A) Discussion of the Absolute Software Date Delete Service (“Data Delete”) – Pre-Authorization Agreement between Absolute Software and Denton County, Texas. Civil D.A.

B) Discussion of the Development Agreement between Denton County, Texas, and Quest Builder Group, L.P., and the posting of a Corporate Surety Bond made payable to Denton County, Texas in the amount of $711,654.00, which is given in lieu of completing construction of all interior and perimeter improvements to the Avery Ranch Phase I Subdivision, located in Commissioner Precinct # 4. Civil D.A.
