A) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100230 to increase revenues and allocate expenditures for various line items for CHOS Museum Tourism Preservation Grant 2006 in the amount of $13,203.

B) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #100240 for Attorney Fees/Denton-Tarrant County Line including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Lawsuit Settlement Contingency and Outside Counsel Contingency for Non-Departmental in the amount of $134,009.

C) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #102470 to increase revenues and allocate expenditures for various line items for HAVA (Help America Vote Act) Grant in the amount of $1,845,937.

A) Discussion regarding scheduling a Public Hearing for December 12, 2006, at 9:30 a.m. to discuss abandoning a portion of Karen Lane, Commissioner Precinct #4.

B) Discussion of an order setting a date and time to conduct a Public Hearing to consider the request by Huffines Communities to change the names of two (2) county roads. Huffiness is requesting that the name of Bryan Road located north of U.S. Highway 380 and west of F.M. 1385 be changed to Parvin Road; and that the name of Fields Road located north of U.S. Highway 380 adjacent to the Artesia community be changed to Huffines Boulevard, with a public hearing on the name changes to be held on December 12, 2006, at 9:00 a.m., before the Commissioners Court. Commissioner Precinct # 1.

C) Discussion of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Fire Protection Services between Denton County, Texas and (a) Krum Volunteer Fire Department (City of Krum), and (b) Ponder Volunteer Fire Department (City of Ponder).

D) Discussion of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Ambulance Services between Denton County, Texas; (a) Aubrey Area Ambulance Services, Inc., (b) Krum Volunteer Fire Department, and (c) the City of Plano.

E) Discussion of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Library Services between Denton County and (a) The Colony Public Library (The Colony); (b) Flower Mound Public Library (Town of Flower Mound); (c) Carrollton Public Library (City of Carrollton); (d) Frisco Public Library (City of Frisco), and (e) Justin Community Library (City of Justin).
