C) Discussion of the acceptance of the Temporary Construction Easement Agreement for the ODNeal Road Bridge Bypass Project from Barbara J. Taylor.

10. LEGAL

D) Discussion of and authorization to pay $5,000.00 administrative fee to the Army Corps of Engineers and $172,572.00 mitigation money to the University of North Texas for the approval of the easement and mitigation work in connection with the Lewisville Lake Bridge and any appropriate action. Precinct 1.

E) Discussion of change order No. 1 and Change Order No. 2 to the Contract Agreement between Maxim Mechanical Services, L.P., and Denton County for the HVAC replacement at the Denton County Sheriff’s Office Bid # 04-06-1757.

F) Discussion of 1) the General Warranty Deed, 2) the Permanent Drainage Easement Agreement and 3) Department of Housing and Urban Development Settlement Statement between lake Dallas Independent School District and Denton County, 4) authorization to proceed with the closing and approval for the County Judge to sign all necessary closing documents to purchase the property from Lake Dallas Independent School District and 5) direction to the County Auditor to issue a warrant in the amount of the purchase price plus any fees for the purchase of the property from Lake Dallas Independent School District with funding to come from the Lake Lewisville Toll Bridge Corridor, TRIP ’04, Auditor # 70-7401-90-10.
