B) Discussion of evaluation committee recommendation for the ranking of Teague, Nall & Perkins as the most qualified engineering firm for the Hickory Hill Road at Stacee Lane project, FRQ, 02-05-1669, County Road Reconstruction and Paving Rehabilitation.

6. LEGAL

B) Discussion of the Contract Agreement between Stanley Security Solutions for the Security and Access Control System, RFP #07-06-1782.

C) Discussion of the Contract Agreement between ECI Video, as the State of Texas CISV Best Value for the Audio/Visual System for Emergency Operations Center, RFP #05-06-1759.
