B) Discussion of Acceptance of the Temporary Construction Easement Agreement for the ODNeal Road Bridge Bypass Project for the following Property Owner, Irene Szymczak \S m z c\. aka Irene Laird.

C) Discussion of the Donation Deeds for the Sam Bass Road @ Clear Creek Bridge Project from Property Owner, Dana Akins.

D) Discussion of the Temporary Construction Easement Agreement, Special Warranty Deed and the Real Estate Contract for the Duck Creek Road Bridge Project from the following Owners: Danny L. & Marilyn M. Harris and Alice C. Gober Trust.

6. OTHER DEPARTMENTS
I) Discussion of; 1) the Real Estate Contract between Denton County and Tony Salinas and wife, Caryn Salinas, for the purchase of property for the Lake Lewisville Corridor Project; 2) authorization to proceed with the closing and approval for the County Judge to sign all necessary closing documents to purchase the property from Tony Salinas and wife, Caryn Salinas; 3) direction to the County Auditor to issue a warrant in the amount of the purchase price plus any fees for the purchase of the property from Tony Salinas and wife, Caryn Salinas, with funding to come from the Lake Lewisville Corridor Project, Auditor #7401, (Commissioner Precinct #1). J) Discussion of 1) the Earnest Money Contract between Lake Dallas Independent School District and Denton County for the purchase of property for the Lake Lewisville Corridor Project, 2) authorization to proceed with the closing and approval for the County Judge to sign all necessary closing documents to purchase the property from Lake Dallas Independent School District and 3) direction to the County Auditor to issue a warrant in the amount of the purchase price plus any fees for the purchase of the property from Lake Dallas Lake Dallas Independent School District with funding to come from the Lake Lewisville Toll Bridge Corridor, TRIP ’04, Auditor #70-7401-90-10.
