G) Discussion of administrative penalty and notification of fee settlement with the Texas Department of State Health Services for Demolition of apartments at 105 Swisher Road, the total amount for $152.00.

H) Discussion of the Amendment to the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Denton County, Texas, and the Town of Copper Canyon for implementation of Texas Local Government Code Section 242.001, relative to the Town’s ETJ, located in Precinct4.
