2. BUDGET

B) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #101220 for Contract Road Work including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Judge’s Salary Contingency for Non-Departmental in the amount of $13,750.

6. LEGAL

B) Discussion of the Lease Agreement between Denton County, Texas and James Holmes, et al for the WIC office located in Lewisville, Denton County, Texas.

C) Discussion of the First Amendment to the Lease Agreement between Denton County, Texas, and Northcrest Village L.P., for the WIC office located in Carrollton, Denton County, Texas.
