B) Discussion and acceptance of the public road right-of-way improvements constructed for the Steeplechase Addition, Pct.4.

C) Discussion of a) the Project for road and utility improvements to Harlington Drive, (“Project”) and b) the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the City of Highland Village and Denton County, Texas, for the road and utility improvements to Harlington Drive, located in Precinct 3.
