E) Discussion of the Developer’s Participation Construction Agreement for the Old Alton Road Project
between Denton County, Texas, and Mar-Properties, Ltd, a Texas limited partnership.

F) Discussion of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Denton County, Texas; Denton Independent
School District and the Denton County Fresh Water Supply District #8-B, for Navo Road, located in Precinct 1.

G) Discussion of Agreement between Harris Corporation and Denton County, Texas for a Microwave Radio System.
