D) Discussion of the use excess FY04 Tax Notes to pay for the emergency replacement of a Hot Water Heater-Denton County Law Enforcement Center in the amount of $10,678.00.

7. LEGAL

F) Discussion of the Amendment to the Huitt Zollars Contract RFQ #05-10-1424 for the Bridge Management Program to provide design engineering for the Brush Creek Road Bridge Replacement Project (BRINSAP).
