2. BUDGET

G) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100500 for Operating Supplies including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Regular Contingency for Constable, Precinct #2 in the amount of $620.

5. LEGAL

E) Discussion of the Lease Agreement Amendment between Denton County and the State of Texas acting by and through the Texas Building and Procurement Commission for the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) formerly known as Child Protective Services to occupy the space at 198 Civic Circle Drive, Lewisville (CPS building).

C) Discussion of the Lease Agreement Amendment between Denton County and the State of Texas acting by and through the Texas Building and Procurement Commission for the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) formerly known as Child Protective Services to occupy the space at 3730 E. McKinney, Lewisville (CPS building).

D) Discussion and approval of the Records Management and Imaging Service Agreement between Denton County, Texas and ACS State & Local Solutions, Inc.
