16. ADDENDA

A) Approval of setting a date and time to conduct a Public Hearing to the change of the name of “County Line Road” to “N. Legacy Drive” on the eastern county line between Denton and Collin County, said public hearing to be held on October 11, 2005, at 9:00 am in Commissioners Courtroom and to order proper notice be given two weeks before public hearing, Precinct One, and any appropriate action. DA/Civil

B) Approval of setting a date and time to conduct a Public Hearing to consider the placement of a stop sign at the intersection of Osburn and Cole Road on the southbound side of Cole Road, said public hearing to be held on October 11, 2005, 9:15 am in Commissioners Court, Precinct One, and any appropriate action. DA/Civil

C) Approval of emergency expenditures and the creation of a new department and appropriate line items to track expenses related to disaster recovery for Hurricane Katrina for reimbursement purposes and any appropriate action. Budget

D) Approval of lease/contract with Camp Copass, Inc. for shelter and feeding of evacuees from Hurricane
Katrina, and any appropriate action. DA/Civil
