B)     Approval of the Escrow Agreement in the amount of $5,233.20, by Northlake Partners, L.P., a Texas Limited Partnership, for the North Ridge Estates and any appropriate action (Precinct #4). Legal

C)     Approval of the US Warranty Parts Direct (WPD) Re0Enrollment Application between Dell Marketing, L.P. and Denton County, Texas and any appropriate action. Legal
