12:00 pm A) Approve the recommendation of the Salary Grievance Committee that the salary of Justice of the Peace, Precinct 2 be increased to $63,652 for Fiscal Year, and any appropriate action. DA/Civil

B) Approval of setting a date and time to conduct a Public Hearing to consider raising the speed limit from 40 to 50 mph on Robson Ranch Road, beginning at the city of limits of Argyle to a point on Robson Ranch Road that is 1.42 miles west of IH 35W, said public hearing to be held on September 20, 2005, at 9:10 am in Commissioners Court, and any appropriate action. C) Approval of the Chapter 381 Tax Incentive Agreement between Denton County, Texas, and Granite Properties, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, and any appropriate action. DA/Civil
