A) Approval of the Standard Form of Agreement for Services between Denton County, Texas and Convergint Technologies, and any appropriate action. DA/Civil

B) EXECUTIVE SESSION: Real Property: Texas Government Code, Section 551.072; Discussion and deliberation concerning possible purchase of real estate for County building usage. DA/Civil

C) EXECUTIVE SESSION: Consultation with Attorney: Potential Litigation, Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 (1)(A); Discussion of potential claim against contract with AK Specialty Vehicles. DA/Civil
