16. ADDENDA

A) Approve any possible action on a disaster declaration for the prevention of and threat of wildland fires due to drought conditions in Denton County. Fire Marshal/Emergency Management

B) Approval of the Public Works Department Reorganization, and any possible action. Public Works

C) Approval of LPAFA Addendum for IH 35E Widening and any appropriate action. Commissioner Pct. 1

D) EXECUTIVE SESSION: Real Estate Exception, Texas Government Code, Section 551.072; Discussion and deliberation of the value, sale or exchange, and lease of various County-owned real estate and buildings and the purchase or lease of additional real estate and buildings to meet the anticipated future needs of the County for real estate and public buildings, and any appropriate action. DA/Civil
