H) Discussion of a) the Project for reconstruction of Chinn Chapel Road from the Town of Cooper Canyon’s south limits to Orchid Hill Road; and b) the Second Amendment to Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Denton County & the Town of Copper Canyon, for reconstruction of Chinn Chapel Road from the Town of Copper Canyon’s south limits to Orchid Hill Road.
