7. LEGAL

J) Discussion of the Contract Agreement between Denton County, Texas, and Conaster Construction Company, Bid #01-05-1659, in the amount of $2,516,230.60 for the Litsey Road Phase 1 Improvement Project.

K) Discussion of a) the Project to improve and widen Memorial Drive and access thereto, from 700 feet west of Paige Road to 300 feet east of Worley and b) the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the City of The Colony and Denton County, Texas, to improve and widen Memorial Drive and access thereto, from 700 feet west of Paige Road to 300 feet east of Worley.
