C) Discussion of revisions to the 2005 Cafeteria Plan between Public Employees Benefit Cooperative (PEBC) and Denton County, Texas.

D) Discussion of Interlocal Agreement for Professional Services between the Counties of Tarrant, Dallas, Denton, the City of Frisco and the North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA), as members of the Public Employee Benefit Cooperative of North Texas, with the North Central Council of Governments (NCTCOG).
