B) Discussion of Emergency Budget Amendment Request #100980 including the creation of new line items for office rent and other necessary expenses for Emergency Management in the amount of $26,244.

C) Discussion of the Agreement between Denton County Guardianship Services, Inc., and Denton County, Texas for the Guardianship Program, and any appropriate action. DA/Civil Division

D) Discussion of the Chapter 381 Tax Incentive Agreement between Denton County, Texas, and Behr Process Corporation, a California corporation, and wholly-owned subsidiary of Masco Corporation.
