* B) The Commissioners Court approves the order finding that (1) excess funds in the amount of $200,104 from interest earnings are available in the 1994 Road Bond Project Fund; (2) the excess funds are needed to fund any of the projects originally listed in the bond documentation; (3) that excess bond funds in the amount of $200,104 are to be allocated to the Innovative Transportation Solutions Transportation Enhancement Contract - County Judge.
