Culvert “B-B” will begin (half at a time) as soon as weather permits. Culvert “B” will begin also in the next few days and this will be where traffic control Phase 1 will come into place. Schluter will be closed to thru traffic between January Lane and FM 2449. Traffic will be detoured to 156, north to January Lane and back west to Schluter and vice a versa. Culvert “B” is located @ 47+40 of Schluter. We will shutdown this area of Schluter for up to three weeks as this is a cast in place box.

Asphalt reclamation and grade balancing will begin asap from 2449 to January (Phase 1). This will be done half at a time with flagmen in place.
