IT IS ORDERED,
ON January 24, 2008, that Edith Burgess be accepted as the licensed
bail bond surety representative to the Denton County Bail Bond Board as
a result of the annual election.
IT IS ORDERED,
ON January 24, 2008, that the new application from International
Fidelity Insurance Company, Agent Jerry Wynn Dillard, Jr., d/b/a Doc’s
Bail Bonds is approved contingent upon deposit with the county
treasurer, a cashier’s check, certificate of deposit, or cash in the
amount of $50,000.00 within 90 days of the date of this order.
