ORDERS OF DENTON COUNTY BAIL BOND BOARD
IT IS ORDERED, ON December 20, 2007,
that the secret ballot election of the Bondmen’s Representative to the
Denton County Bail Bond Board begin Monday, January 14, 2008 and
continue through Friday, January 14, 2008, with the canvassing of the
ballots occurring on January 24, 2008.
IT IS ORDERED, ON December 20, 2007,
that the renewal application from Bankers Insurance Company, Agent Shawn
Cagle, d/b/a Shawn Cagle-City Hall Bail Bonds is approved.
IT IS ORDERED, ON December 20, 2007,
that the renewal application from Edith Marie Burgess, Agent, d/b/a
Burgess Bail Bonds with the bond power being set at $1,252,190.00 for a
3 year license is approved.
