IT IS ORDERED, ON June 28, 2007, that the renewal application from Safety National Casualty Corporation, Michael W. Kohn, Agent, d/b/a Mike’s Bail Service is approved.

 

   IT IS ORDERED, ON June 28, 2007, that the new application from American Contractors Indemnity Company, Agent Rachel Garrity, d/b/a Denton Area Bail Bonds is approved contingent upon deposit with the county treasurer a cashier’s check, certificate of deposit, or cash in the amount of $50,000 within 90 days of the date of this order.

 

   IT IS ORDERED, ON June 28, 2007, that the property pledged for Justice Bail Bonds, agent Michael W. Kohn be released and his Bail Bond license to do business as Justice Bail Bonds be surrendered.
