Insurance Company, Agent, Thomas R. Benson, d/b/a Act Rapid Bail
Bonds is approved contingent upon deposit with the county treasurer
a cashier’s check, certificate of deposit, or cash in the amount of
$50,000 within 90 days of the date of this order.
