IT IS ORDERED, on November 16, 2006, that the request from the Safety National Casualty Corporation on behalf of David Wacker, d/b/a, Discount Bonds to release one Certificate of Deposit in the amount of $50,000.00 placed with the Bail Bond Board is denied.
