ORDERS OF DENTON COUNTY BAIL BOND BOARD

           IT IS ORDERED, that on August 4, 2006, in a Special Meeting of the Denton County Bail Bond Board, that the duties of the Staff Assistant to the Bail Bond Board be transferred to the office of the County Treasurer to an employee designated by the County Treasurer and retained by the Bail Bond Board and authorized funds collected through the Bail Bond Board to be used as salary and expenditures as determined by the Treasurer and Bail Bond Board.
