DENTON COUNTY BAIL BOND BOARD MEETING

THE DENTON COUNTY BAIL BOND BOARD SHALL MEETING IN SPECIAL SESSION AT
THE COURTHOUSE-ON-THE-SQUARE. 110 W. HICKORY, DENTON, TEXAS ON THE
SECOND FLOOR IN THE COMMISSIONERS COURTROOM, TO CONSIDER AND POSSIBLY
TAKE ACTION ON THE FOLLOWING MATTERS:
I. CALL TO ORDER & ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION
II. PUBLIC INPUT FOR ITEMS NOT LISTED ON THE AGENDA
Citizens should complete a witness form located on the side
table. Pursuant to state open meetings law the Denton County Bail
Bond Board is restricted in discussion or taking action on items not
posted on the agenda. Action on your statement can only be taken at
a future meeting.
In order to expedite the flow of business and to provide all
citizens the opportunity to speak, the chairman may impose a
five-minute limit on any person addressing the Denton County Bail
Bond Board.

A. Discussion and any possible action regarding the 2007 Budget
and the hiring of a staff assistant for the Denton County Bail Bond
Board pursuant to the Texas Occupation Code § 1704.101 (8) (Vernon
Supp. 2006).

VI. EXECUTIVE SESSION
For purposes permitted by Texas Government Code section 551.07 -
contemplated or pending litigation or settlement offer; section
