IT IS ORDERED, on March 23, 2006, that Sherri Adelstein is elected as the Chair to the Denton County Bail Bond Board.

IT IS ORDERED, on March 23, 2006, that the renewal application from Financial Casualty & Surety, Inc., Agent, Cason Clayton Cagle, d/b/a Case Cagle’s 20-Minute Bail Bonds, is approved.

IT IS ORDERED, on March 23, 2006, that all applicants for original and renewal licenses shall provide the Board with an original and fourteen (14) copies of the application, but shall be required to submit only one original and four (4) copies of the financial statement for corporate applications.
