IT IS ORDERED, on September 22, 2005, that the renewal application from Safety National Casualty Corporation, Kenneth R. Knowles, Agent, d/b/a Central Bail Bonds is approved pending placement of Security Agreement and Certificate of Deposit with the Denton County Treasurer.

IT IS ORDERED, on September 22, 2005, that the renewal application from Safety National Casualty Corporation, Shirley J. Cagle, Agent, d/b/a Danny Cagle Bail Bonds is approved pending placement of Security Agreement and Certificate of Deposit with the Denton County Treasurer.

IT IS ORDERED, on September 22, 2005, that Counsel to the Board is authorized to sign and file the disclaimer for Cause Number 99-31647-T-E, County of Dallas, et al v. Pat Kinnard, Denton County Bail Bond Board, et al. and is directed to send a motion and order of non-suit for the Board to Linebarger Foggan Blair & Sampson, LLP.
