IT IS ORDERED, on August 25, 2005, that the request from Financial Casualty & Surety, Kristin Mitchell, Agent, d/b/a Pre-Trial Bail Bonds to release the Certificate of Deposit placed with the Denton County Treasurer’s Office is approved.

IT IS ORDERED, on August 25, 2005, that the request from Safety National Corporation, Michael Kohn, Agent, d/b/a Mike’s Bail Service to release the $50,000 Cashier’s Check replaced with a $50,000 Certificate of Deposit placed with the Denton County Treasurer’s Office is approved.
