ORDERS OF DENTON COUNTY BAIL BOND BOARD

IT IS ORDERED, on June 23, 2005, that new application from Accredited Surety and Casualty Co., Inc., Robert G. Vernon, Agent, d/b/a A Way Bail Bonds is approved pending the acceptance of Certificate of Deposit and Security Agreement by  the Denton County Treasurer’s Office. 

IT IS ORDERED, on June 23, 2005, that renewal application from Allegheny Casualty Company, Melinda Webb, Agent, d/b/a Webb’s Statewide Bail Bonds is approved pending the acceptance of Certificate of Deposit and Security Agreement by the Denton County Treasurer’s Office.

IT IS ORDERED, on June 23, 2005, that renewal application from Safety National Casualty Corporation, Michael W. Kohn, Agent, d/b/a Mike’s Bail Service is approved pending the acceptance of Certificate of Deposit and Security agreement by the Denton County Treasurer’s Office.

IT IS ORDERED, on June 23, 2005, that the board took no action regarding the release of lien for property pledged to the Denton County Bail Bond Board by Donal E, Green, owner, d/b/a Libertad Bail Bonds.

IT IS ORDERED, on June 23, 2005, that the Denton County Treasurer’s Office release the Certificate of Deposit funds to the Amwest Receivership.
