DENTON COUNTY BAIL BOND BOARD MEETING

THE DENTON COUNTY
BAIL BOND BOARD SHALL MEET IN REGULAR SESSION AT THE COURTHOUSE ON THE
SQUARE, 110 WEST HICKORY, DENTON, TEXAS, IN THE COURTROOM, TO CONSIDER
AND POSSIBLY TAKE ACTION ON THE FOLLOWING MATTERS:

CALL TO ORDER & ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION
II.
PUBLIC INPUT FOR ITEMS NOT LISTED ON THE AGENDA
Citizens
should complete a witness form located on the side table. Pursuant to
state open meetings law the Denton County Bail Bond Board is restricted
in discussion or taking action on items not posted on the agenda.
Action on your statement can only be taken at a future meeting.
In order to
expedite the flow of business and to provide all citizens the
opportunity to speak, the chairman may impose a five-minute limit on any
person addressing the Denton County Bail Bond Board.

A.
Outstanding bond report and rearrest fee report by Sheriff’s
Office. (consent)
B.
NISI report by County & District Clerks. (consent)
C.
Report including bonding companies, total bonding power,
license number and expiration date. (consent)
D.
Monthly report from bond forfeiture attorney regarding bond
forfeiture collections.
E.
Discussion and approval of minutes from the meeting of April 28,
2005.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
V.
APPLICATIONS AND HEARINGS
A.
Discussion and any possible action regarding the new application
from Accredited Surety and Casualty Co., Inc., Robert G. Vernon, Agent,
d/b/a A Way Bail Bonds.
B. Discussion and any possible
action regarding the release of lien for property pledged to the Denton
County Bail Bond Board by Donal E. Green, owner, d/b/a Libertad Bail
Bonds:
Two certain tracts or
parcels of land situated in Red River County, Texas, out of the John
Hutson Survey, Abstract No. 421.
VI. EXECUTIVE SESSION
For purposes permitted by Texas
Government Code section 551.07 - contemplated or pending litigation or
settlement offer; section 551.072 - Real Property; section 551.074 -
Personnel matters; or section 551.76 - security.
