           IT IS ORDERED, on April 28, 2005, that new application from Financial Casualty & Surety, Inc., Kristin Lorraine Palms Mitchell, Agent, d/b/a Pre-Trial bail Bonds is approved pending placement of Certificate of Deposit and Security Agreement with the Denton County Treasurer.

 

IT IS ORDERED, on April 28, 2005, that the request regarding the release of lien for property pledged to the Denton County Bail Bond Board by Donal E, Green, owner, d/b/a Libertad Bail Bonds is tabled until May 26, 2005 meeting.
