ORDERS OF DENTON COUNTY BAIL BOND BOARD

           IT IS ORDERED, on March 24, 2005, that Sherri Adelstein is elected as the Chair to the Denton County Bail Bond Board as a result of the annual election.

 IT IS ORDERED, on March 24, 2005, that the appraisals for the sale through sealed bid of real property from Nancy Jackson Webb Harris, be paid by the Board from its statuary funds.

 IT IS ORDERED, on March 24, 2005, that Chairman Sherri Adelstein obtain a budget amendment from Commissioners Court to pay for the appraisals.
