Veterans Service

The Denton County Veterans Service Office offers vital assistance to Denton County Veterans and their dependents in filing VA benefit claims.

***To better serve, we ask visitors to arrive as close to opening hours for the day or opening hours after lunch. Arriving closer to closing runs the risk of being asked to return at a later time or date due to our busy operations. Our goal is to serve and give adequate time to each visitor and to provide a high quality of service. As a general rule our walk-in hours are 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM. Building is open 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Any appointments are strictly scheduled by the Service Officer only, for existing claimants, on Friday afternoons only.***
